This website provides information about Aurum Ventura Enterprise LLC's administrative services and lets you request a consultation, complete client intake, or submit documents. You agree to provide accurate information through these forms and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Our Services Are Governed Separately

Browsing this site or submitting a form doesn't create a services agreement. Paid administrative services begin only once a Master Agreement and a Scope & Service Level Exhibit have been reviewed and signed by both parties, as described on our About page. Those signed documents — not this page — govern the actual scope, pricing, and terms of service delivery.

What Stays With You

As a client, you retain ownership and control of your accounts, systems, and business decisions at all times. We carry out administrative work based on your instructions and within your defined scope; the underlying decisions, and your legal and regulatory obligations, remain yours.

Aurum Ventura provides administrative and back-office support. Nothing we do or say constitutes legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice, and you should consult a licensed professional for those matters.

Limitation of Liability

This site and its content are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurum Ventura Enterprise LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. This section does not limit liability arising from a signed services agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
